Mimosa's Grand Corso

Every year in February, an exceptional and magnificent event takes place just an hour's drive from our Domaine de Manon, which you must have seen at least once in your life: Le Grand Corso de Bormes-les-Mimosas. In 2022, it will take place on Sunday February 12th to Saturday February 13th.

Imagine: about fifteen carriages dressed in the morning with some 80,000 flowers, more than 12 tons of bright yellow strands of mimosa. Imagine the beauty of the colours, and the perfume that comes out of them. You will get an idea of the magic of the most famous parade of flowery floats in the region.

The Grand Corso of Bormes-les-Mimosas is an opportunity to celebrate all weekend long: musical entertainment, street shows, sports demonstrations will follow one another on Saturday and Sunday before the start of the parade. This 81st corso in the streets of the medieval village will end with a flower battle, followed by a trophy ceremony for the best carriages.
